My statement is from “Diamond Head Foursquare Church”, is that correct?

Yes! If you’re part of C4, New Hope Town or New Hope Aloha Pau’ole then your statement will be coming from “Diamond Head Foursquare Church”. Being part of the Antioch Family of Churches, we are all one church with individual expressions.

I’m used to getting my statement mailed, why is it being emailed to me?

Due to COVID-19, we have been working hard to make this year’s end of year statement, as contactless as possible. All individuals that we have emails for, we have decided to make email our primary source of distribution. We have also mailed all end of year statements to those we do not have emails for.

I didn’t receive my statement via email or physical mail. What do I do?

Please contact your primary church to resolve this issue.
